Applied Power Products, Inc. is currently seeking amotivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and deepen existing relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Continually identifying and approaching potential customers
- Manage and grow sales territory by developing strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships
- Conduct regular on-site visits to understand customer needs and deliver product and service solutions.
- Present and promote Applied Power Products' offerings and services
- Collaborate with internal technical, production, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales with a customer-focused approach
- Negotiate and close new business
- Track and report sales activities using CRM software
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products, OEM sales, or MRO
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of products such as hose assemblies, belting, bearings, seals, O-rings or fabricated components is a plus
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently across a wide geographic territory
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory (company vehicle)
